This is the last Will and Testament of me ffrancis Deane of Polebrook in the County of Northampton ffarmer I give and bequeath all and singular my Goods Chattels Monies and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever or of what nature or kind soever which I shall be possessed of interested in or intitled to at my death after Payment of my Debts and ffuneral Expences unto my dear Wife Elisabeth Deane for her life and after her decease I give and bequeath unto such of the children of my late Daughter Elisabeth as shall be living at the time of the decease of my said Wife one Guinea each the rest and residue and remainder of my Personal Estate After Payment of the said Legacies I will shall be equally divided between such of my children as shall be living and I do make constitute and Appoint my two Sons ffrancis Deane and Thomas Deane Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said ffrancis Deane the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty one The Mark of Francis Deane (Attestation Clause) Thos Knibbs Thos Prentice Proved at London 27 September 1783 PCC Prob11/1108
