In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Gallard of Grafton in the County of Northampton Yeoman being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be to God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following I give and bequeath to my son Thomas the Sum of five hundred Pounds I give to my daughter Barbara the Sum of one hundred and fifty pounds I give to my daughter Sarah the Sum of one hundred and fifty pounds All the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects of what nature sort or kind soever or wheresoever I give and bequeath to my dear Wife Ann her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And I constitute my said Wife to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of May one thousand seven hundred and ninety two Samuel Gallard LS Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Samuel Gallard as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses, N?? Stamp Garrard This Will was proved at London the twenty sixth day of March in the Year of or Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynn Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Ann Gallard Widow the Relict of the deceased the sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn (by Commission) duly to administer.
