This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Mawby of Braunston in the County of Northampton Widow First all and singular my Goods Household Goods Bed Bedding Linen Woollen Plate China Brass Pewter Copper Brewing Vessells and Implements of Household and Furniture whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my two Friends William Reeve the younger of Braunston aforesaid Yeoman and William Stubbs of Braunston Surgeon and to their Executors Admors and assigns Upon trust nevertheless in them reposed that they my said trustees and the Survivor of them his heirs Executors admors and assigns do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease equally divide aforesaid my said Goods Household Goods Bed Bedding Linen Woollen Plate China Brass Pewter Copper Brewing Vessells and Implements of Household and Furniture whatsoever unto and between my two Daughters Elizabeth Dunckley and Mary Brown to and for their several and respective uses and benefits and do direct that the same shall not be sold or disposed of Also all and singular the rest residue and remainder of my Chattels Cattle monies and Securities for money monies in the public Funds Leases Leasehold Estates Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever which I shall die possessed of and not by me hereinbefore disposed of I give and bequeath unto my said two Friends the said William Reeve and William Stubbs and to their Executors Admors and assigns Upon trust that they my said trustees and the Survivor of them his Executors admors and assigns do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease sell and convert into money such Part and Parts of my said personal Estate as at my death shall not be in money and thereout and out of such Part and Parts of my said personal Estate as at my decease shall be in money do and shall pay and discharge all such just debts and sums of money which I shall owe or be indebted to any Person or Persons whomever at my death my funeral Expences and the charges of proving this my will and also all such charges Monies Securities and Expences as they my said trustees or either of them shall expend lay out or be put unto in or about the Execution of the trusts hereby by me in them reposed and do and shall in the place lend and put forth at Interest the residue and remainder of the payments and deductions thereout of my said personal Estate as aforesaid (after the said Security or Securities and for such Interest dividends and increase as they my said trustees and the Survivor of them his heirs Executors admors and assigns shall think proper and do and shall pay employ and lay out and dispose of Interest dividends and increase of the moneys arising from and out of the said residue and remainder of my said Personal Estate as aforesaid unto and to the use of my said two Daughters Elizabeth Dunckley and Mary Brown in equal proportions for and during their natural lives and the life of the longer liver of them and from and after the decease of my said two Daughters and the decease of the Survivor of them then upon trust to pay deliver distribute and divide all such the said residue and remainder of the monies arising from and out of my said personal Estate as aforesaid (after the several Payments and deductions thereout as aforesaid) and all Interest due or to Income due for the same unto all and every the children and Children of my said two Daughters Elizabeth Dunckley and Mary Brown which shall be living at the time of the decease of my said two Daughters Elizabeth Dunckley and Mary Brown equally amongst them share and share alike and to their several and respective Executors and Admors to and for his her and their several uses and benefits to whom I respectively give and bequeath the same Also my will is and I do hereby direct that my said trustees and the Survivor of them his Executors admors and assigns shall by and out of the monies which shall come to their hands by virtue of this my will be satisfied and paid for their costs journies and expences which they shall expend or be put unto in or about the execution of the trusts hereby reposed in them or for on account of any matter contained in this my Will and that they or either of them shall not be Answerable the one for the other nor for the Acts or miscarriages the one of the other nor with or for any more moneys than what they shall each of them actually receive nor shall they or any of them be liable to make good or pay any monies which shall by them or either of them put placed or continued out at Interest upon any insufficient or deficient Security or Securities Also I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said William Reeve and William Stubbs Executors and the Survivor of them Executors of this my last Will and Testament In trust nevertheless as aforesaid And I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made And I declare this alone to
