In the Name of God Amen Thomas Morris of the Parish of Kislingbury in the County of Northampton Yeoman being in perfect health of body and of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estates whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be found unto Elizabeth my dearly beloved wife for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease I give devise and bequeath my said real and personal estate s equally unto and among all my children share and share alike but if any of my children should die before the decease of my said wife leaving lawful issue then and in that case I give devise and bequeath the share of him her or them so dying before the decease of my said wife unto the said lawful issue viz if the said issue should be a Son or daughter only then I direct that he or she shall be entitled to receive his or her father?s or mother?s share and if any or either of my children should die before the decease of my said wife leaving children then I direct that such children shall be entitled to receive the share of there father or mother so dying equally among them share and share alike I nominate constitute and appoint Elizabeth my wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament she paying all my just debts funeral expences and the expences of proving this my will and lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be and contain my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hadn and seal this twenty fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven Thos Morris (Attestation Clause) Wm Butlin Junr Thos Linnell Junr Jno Title Proved at London 1 December 1830 PCC Prob/1779 Further Grant on 25 April 1864 Admon with the Will annexed of the personal estate and effects of Thomas Morris late of Kislingbury in the County of Northampton Yeoman who died 23 September 1828 at Kislingbury aforesaid left unadministered by Elizabeth Morris Widow the Relct the sole Executrix and Residuary Legatee for life named in the said Will granted to Thomas Morris one of the natural and lawful children of the said deceased and as such one of the Residuary Legatees substituted in the said Will he being first duly sworn to administer the said Executrix having died intestate
