HAVEY SPARKE

I Havey Sparke of Knuston in the County of Northampton being of good and perfect 
health and of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make this my 
last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imprimis. I give and devise 
unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Sparke her heirs and Assignees all and every my Manors 
Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premises whatsoever both Freehold 
and Copyhold all which Copyhold Lands I have surrendered to the use of my last Will 
and Testament situate lying and being in the several towns and Parishes and Counties 
herein after particularly mentioned that is to say in Archester otherwise Irchester 
Wellingborough Irthlingborough Oakley Long Orton and Peterborough in the County 
of Northampton also all and singular the Manors Messuages Lands Tenements 
Hereditaments and Premises situate lying and being in the several Towns and Parishes 
of Kimbolton Stonely Old Weston and Alconberry  in the County of Huntingdon and 
all and singular my Manors Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premises 
situate lying and being in the several Towns and Parishes of Spalding and Moulton in 
the county of Lincoln and also all and singular my Manors Messuages Lands 
Tenements Hereditaments and Premises situate lying and being in the several towns 
and parishes of Wisbech and Walsoken in Isle of Ely in the County of Cambridge 
whereof and wherein respectively I or any Person or Persons to my use or in Trust for 
me is or are seized and all other my Manors Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and 
Real Estate of  what nature kind or quality soever situate lying and being in England 
or any part thereof whereof or wherein respectively I or any Person or Persons for my 
use or in Trust for me is or are seized to have and to hold all and singular my said 
Manors Messuages Lands and Tenements Hereditaments and Premises and Real 
Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my dear Wife Elizabeth Sparke her Executors 
Administrators and Assignees forever to her and their proper use and behalf. And I do 
hereby constitute nominate and appoint my said dear Wife full and sole Executrix of 
this my last Will and Testament and Residuary Legatee and I do hereby revoke 
disannul and make void all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time 
heretofore made and I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness 
whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal and have 
published and declared the same  to be my last Will and Testament this twenty eighth 
day of November in the twenty fourth year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George 
the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of 
the Faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty.  H Sparke

Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us whose names are here 
under set who severally subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto in his presence

This Will was proved at London on the twenty second day of September in the year of 
our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight before the Worshipful Andrew 
Colton Duranel Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipful George Hay 
also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of 
Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Elizabeth Sparke Widow the Relict of 
the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom administration of the 
Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased was granted she having been first sworn 
duly to administer.
