In the Name of God Amen I Elisabeth Franklin of Morton Pinkney in the County of 
Northampton Widow being infirm of Body but of Perfect Mind Memory and 
Understanding prais?d be God do Make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in 
manner and form following First and principally I commend my Soul to Soul to 
Allmighty God & my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried by my Executors 
hereafter named And as to my Worldly Estate which it hath pleased God to bless me 
withal I dispose of it as Follows Item I give and bequeath unto Anne & Elizabeth & 
Sarah my Nieces Daughters of my brother Job Kingston all my household Goods and 
Wearing Apparel Woolen & Linen to be equally divided between them Item I give to 
my Nephew Job Kingston my wedding Ring Item I give and bequeath unto the Poor 
of the Parish of Morton Pinkney forty shillings to be disposed of by the Minister and 
my Executors Item I give and bequeath unto my Brothers John Kingston and Job 
Kingston my house and Homestall and all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging 
and to their Heirs forever Item I give and bequeath unto my Brothers John Kingston 
and Job Kingston after my debts and funeral expences are discharged all the rest 
and residue of my Goods and Chattells and Credits whatsoever and wheresoever 
found & I constitute & appoint them the said John Kingston and Job Kingston Sole 
Executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking and disannulling all former 
Wills by me at any time heretofore made in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my 
Hand and Seal this 17 day of May 1756 Elizabeth Franklin
