This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Watts of Sulgrave in the county of Northampton, Yeoman, I give and bequeath all and singular my goods, household goods, chattles, effects and personal estate whatsoever after payment of my debts and funeral expences unto my daughter Sarah Boswell whom I make and constitute sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former wills by me made, In witness whereof I the said Thomas Watts have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty one Thomas Watts Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will & testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our hands as witnesses thereto in his presence and in the presence of each other.
