I Sarah Richardson of Eye in the County of Northampton Spinster do hereby make 
this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give 
devise and bequeath unto my nephews and nieces the sons and daughters of my 
brother Michael Richardson late of Yaxley in the County of Huntingdon Carpenter 
deceased all my funded property consisting of one hundred and fifty seven pounds 
ten shillings Stock now in the 3 per cents to be parted in a just and equal proportion 
amongst them by my Executor hereinafter named and whereas my niece Mary Ann 
and her husband Robert Wells have  some time since departed this life and left two 
sons namely Robert and William unto whom I give their Mothers share in just and 
equal proportions I give devise and bequeath unto my niece Charlotte the Wife of 
Bush Blackman of Yaxley in the County of Huntingdon Butcher all my household 
furniture and wearing apparel for her own use and benefit And I hereby appoint 
Blackman of Yaxley in the County of Huntingdon Butcher Executor and Trustee 
allowing him to charge for his time and trouble in the execution of this my Will In 
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of December in the 
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one   Sarah Richardson
