The tenth day of November 1652 Leonard Cutbert of Irthlinborough in the Countie of Northton being very sick (but in perfect mind & put in mind by some of his friends then present Together with Me Edmund Draughton and John Woolston) to make his will uttered these words or the like in effect viz I put my whole estate speaking to and meaning the said Edmund Draughton and John Woolston into yr two hands desiring you to see my Children brought up and Sufficiently provided for (not daring to trust my wife least shee may be desirous (as divers have beene) to that which may be prejudiciall to my Children: But yet my desire is shee may have half a dozen beasts and maintenance for them In the presence of William Underwood and Symon Allen Proved 21 June 1653 PCC Prob11/225
