In the Name of God Amen I Mary Judge of Wapenham in the County of 
Northampton, widow, being at this time of perfect Memory Thanks be to God, but 
Considering my condition & weakness of Body, do make this my Last Will & 
Testament in manner following First I bequeath my soul into the hands of my merciful 
Creator, Trusting through the merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour to obtain pardon of 
my sins and my Body to be buried at the Discretion of my Executors herein after 
named Item in?.my late dear Husbands Will I do hereby settle give and Bequeath 
my House ?. I live in Wapenham aforesaid & the Land thereunto belonging lying and 
being in Wappenham aforesaid & also my Close at Wythemore in Abthorp in the 
parish of?..with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging, & also all my Goods 
Chattels?.or dead, & all my Personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever To my dear 
br?. Saywell & to my Good Friend William Adkins & their Heirs Forever after ?..out 
of the same House, Land & Close & Personal Estate aforesaid ??.Debts, Legacies, 
Funeral Expences, & to tht End tht they Imediately  do?.sell all my said Real & 
Personal Estate aforesaid & out of moneys ??sale of the Real & Personal Estate 
aforesaid & whereas I have since my Husbands Death payd Ten pounds with Interest 
which I might have spent ?Necessary Education & Maintenance of my three 
youngest Children; Therefore in lieu thereof I give to my  three youngest Children 
William Mary & Elizabeth To each of them the sum of ten shillings a piece over & 
above their Share & Dividend of my ?.Personal In Common with the Rest of my 
Children; Also tht my said ?..of the share of tht falls to my Eldest son John Judge 
the Sum of five pounds?pounds so deducted to my Grand Son the son of the said 
John Judge or to my trustee?discharge for the same also tht they further deduct 
from any share of the said ?.money he is owing to me for Two Heffers tht he bought 
of me; ?.Trustees be allowed out of my said Real & Personal Estate all ?.charges 
they shall be at in Execution of this Trust Reposed in them & in?..my last will & 
Testament , as also tht they be allowed  all charges in the ?my said Three Youngest 
Children from the time of my death till such time?.be disposed of All my said Real & 
Personal Estate in pursuance of the ?..both of my dear Husband & also of thisd my 
last Will & Testament Lastly I make my dear Brother Richard Saywell & my Good 
Friend ?.Atkins Joynt Executors of this my last Will & Testament In witness whereof 
I have set my hand & seal the thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord 1707
