This is the last Will and Testament of me William Billingham of Wootton in the County of Northampton Yeoman as follows I give and bequeath unto my friend John Marriott of Hardingstone in the said County baker all my personal estate of what nature soever sort or kind soever the same shall consist at the time of my decease upon trust after payment and discharging of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to convert such part thereof as shall not consist of money into money and the money arising therefrom together with my ready money do and shall put place and continue out at interest or Government or real securities and alter and vary such securities for others of a like nature when and so often as he shall see occasion and as to the dividends or interest to arise therefrom upon trust that he the said John Marriott his executors or admors do and shall pay and apply one equal half part thereof unto and for the use and benefit of my wife Mary Billingham for and during the term of her natural life whose receipt alone notwithstanding any coverture shall at all time be a good and sufficient discharge and as to the other moiety or half part of the said interest and dividend upon trust to pay and apply the same for the maintenance education and support of my present and future Child or Children until he she or they shall attain his her or their age or ages of twenty one years and when and as my present and any future Child or Children shall attain such age then do and shall equally divide and pay one moiety or half part of the principal monies so to be placed put as aforesaid unto and among such Children and if only one such Child shall live to attain the said age of twenty one years then do and shall pay the whole of such moiety or half part unto such one Child and as to the other moiety or half part of the said principal monies upon trust after the decease of my said Wife to pay and divide in the manner hereinbefore directed concerning the first mentioned moiety or half part of the said trust monies and in case of the death of my said Wife before my said Child or Children shall attain his or their age or ages of twenty one years to be paid or applied or otherwise improved unto and for the benefit of my Child or Children and in case of the death of my Child or Children under the said age of twenty one years without leaving issue then upon trust to pay and apply the whole of such dividends and interest unto and for the use and benefit of my said wife during her natural life as aforesaid and then and in such last mentioned case I give and bequeath the whole of the said principal interest trust monies from and after the decease of my said Wife as follows one moiety thereof unto and between the next of kin or their representatives of my late mother Elizabeth Billingham deceased and the other moiety unto and between the next of kin or their representatives of my said wife Mary Billingham and I do hereby authorise and require the said John Marriott to reimburse himself all such costs charges and expences as he shall be at or put unto and also to retain a reasonable allowance for his trouble in the execution of this my Will by and out of the monies which shall come to his hands by virtue thereof and I do declare that my said Trustee shall not be answerable or accountable for any loss which may happen of the said trust estate and monies so as the same happen without his wilful default or neglect and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John Marriott sole Executor of this my Will and also with my said Wife Guardians of my Child and Children and Lastly I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six William Billingham Jno Title J S Title Proved 19th May 1827 PCC Prob11/1725
