Memorandum That on or about the One and Twentieth Day of 
ffebruary in the yeare of our Lord according to the 
Computation of the Church of England 1670 Catherine Chester of 
Tiffield in the County of Northampton Widow being sicke of the 
sicknesse whereof she died speaking of makeing her will and 
disposeing of her estate being of perfect mind and memory 
directing her speech to her Nephew Paul Buncher who was then 
present in her Chamber said and willed in words following or 
to the Same Effect I give my estate to you and your sisters 
Speaking and meaning Catherine Buncher Marcella Shorter als 
Buncher Rebecca Buncher Hester Buncher and Rose Buncher 
equally be divided amongst you And I make you (still Speaking 
to the said Paul Buncher) my Executor at the Speaking of which 
words she was of perfect mind and memory and declared and 
uttered the same for and as her Last Will and Testament 
Nuncupative in the presence of Mary Buncher and Christian 
Griffin credible witnesses Mary Buncher the marke of Christian 
Griffin
