I Benjamin Richardson of Eye in the County of Northampton yeoman do make this my last Will and Testament as follows that is to say I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Sarah Richardson of Eye aforesaid Spinster All that my copyhold messuage with the outbuildings yard and gardens and appurtenances now in my own occupation and situate in Eye aforesaid and also all that piece and parcel of land containing one rood and seven perches on Eye Green now in the occupation of Thomas Clarke and also my share of the interest of three hundred and fifteen pounds stock now in the new 3/4 per cents for and during her natural life I also give and devise and bequeath unto my said sister Sarah Richardson all my household furniture and linen and all other Effects found in and about my house at my decease also I give unto my said sister Sarah Richardson the sum of six pounds which at my decease will be due from the Friendly Society held at the Red Lion Inn in Eye for her own use and benefit And after the death of my said sister Sarah Richardson I direct and order the aforementioned Estates be sold and the money arising therefrom (after paying my just debts funeral and testamentary charges and expences) together with one hundred and fifty seven pounds ten shillings stock in the new 3 1/4 per cents be equally divided amongst my nephews and nieces and my brother Michael Richardson Carpenter of Yaxley their Father to each a share and share alike in a just and equal proportion And whereas my niece whose maiden name was Mary Richardson has some time since departed this life and left two sons by her late husband Robert Wells also deceased namely William and Robert Wells unto whom I give their Mother's share to be equally divided between them And I do hereby appoint my said Brother Michael Richardson of Yaxley Carpenter and Bush Blackman of Yaxley Butcher Executors and Trustees allowing them to charge for their time and expences in the execution of this Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty Benjamin Richardson William Sutton Clerk of the Parish of Eye John Sutton Carpenter Eye Proved at London 31st July 1850 before the Judge by the Oaths of Michael Richardson and Bush Arnold Blackman (in the Will written Bush Blackman)the Executors to whom administration was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to Administer PCC Prob11/2117
