Will dated 27th December 1637.
Probate 9th  December 1638.

In the Name of God Amen. I Thomas MEADOWES of Weston in the parish of Weedon 
Pinckney in the county of Northampton, yeoman, being of good health and perfect 
memory (thanks be to God) do give and bequeath my soul into the hands of Jesus Christ 
my only savior and redeemer and my body to be buried in the church of the parish church 
of Napton in the county of Warwick, as followeth do ordain this my last will and 
testament in manner and form following.

Imprimis, I give and bequeath unto my said son Robert MEADOWES all my said goods 
and chattels movable or immovable whatsoever at the day of my decease.

Item, I give and bequeath unto my son John MEADOWES two cardeques with my best 
cloak and my white cap.

Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas my best coat and half my wearing apparel.

Item, I give and bequeath unto Thomas my grand child son of the said Robert 
MEADOWES my trunk, and to Mary MEADOWES a great chest, And to the next child 
of Robert MEADOWES, a little box, of all the rest of my goods movable or immovable, I 
make my said son Robert MEADOWES my whole Executor, In witness whereof I have 
hereunto sett my hand and seal being dated this seven and twentieth day of this instant 
month of December, sealed and delivered in the presence of
Robert WILLIS, the mark of John WILLIS, the mark of William GLASEBROOKE, The 
mark of Thomas MEADOWES

Probate to Robert MEADOWES 9th December 1638.
