I Thomas MEADOWES of Weston in the parish of Weedon Pinckney in the county of Northampton, yeoman, being of good health and perfect memory (thanks be to God) do give and bequeath my soul into the hands of Jesus Christ my only savior and redeemer and my body to be buried in the church of the parish church of Napton in the county of Warwick, as followeth do ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following. Imprimis, I give and bequeath unto my said son Robert MEADOWES all my said goods and chattels movable or immovable whatsoever at the day of my decease. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son John MEADOWES two cardeques with my best cloak and my white cap. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas my best coat and half my wearing apparel.
