I Robert NICOLLS of Weston in the parish of Weedon Pinckney in the county of Northampton, shepherd, whole of mind and memory but sick in body dothe make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. First I bequeath my soul to almighty god my maker and redeemer and my body to be buried in the church of Weedon aforesaid. Item, I give to the mother church of Peterborough 2 pence. Item, I give to the church of Culworth 10 pounds. Item, I give to be buried in the church of Weedon aforesaid 40 shillings. Item, I give to Thomas NICOLLS my brothers son 40 shillings. Item, To Henry NICOLLS my brothers son 40 shillings. Item, I give to Richard WARDE my master 40 shillings. Item, I give to Margaret WARDE my dame 40 shillings. Item, I give to Ales LEPER my dames mother 40 shillings. Item, I give to Richard LEAPER 40 shillings. Item, I give to Ales GARNAR 40 shillings. Item, I give to William BULL 40 shillings. Item, I give to John EDWARDES 20 shillings. Item, I give to John LEAPER 12 pence. Item, I give to John BRIDGE WATER 6 pence. Item, I give to William WARNAR 6 pence. Item, I give to Thomas WILLES his shepherd 6 pence. Item, I give to the three ringers 3 pence. Item, I give to every cottager in the town 12 pence. Item, I give to Thomas MAYO 40 shillings. Item, I give to Robert NICOLLS 40 shillings.
