In the name of god Amen I Ellen ADKINS of Weston in the parish of Weedon pinkeney spinister 
being ill of body but of perfect mind do make this my last will and Testament the twentie eigth 
Day of March in the year of our Lord god one thousand six hundred and fourty nine.

First I bequeath my soul into the hands of god who gave it me next I would have my body to be 
buried in the ancient burial place at Weedon. Also I make Kathorin ADKINS widow my sister 
my whole executrix in and for the Disposing of certain Legacies hereafter mentioned.

First I give my nephew William WILLES three pounds and my niece Elizabeth
WILLES seven pounds this said ten pounds being in the hands of my brother William
WILLES their father already.

Also I give my nephews William ADKINS and John ADKINS namely William four pounds and 
John four pounds and to my nieces Elizabeth ADKINS, Amy ADKINS, Kathorin ADKINS, 
Anna ADKINS and Sara ADKINS these legacies following namely unto Elizabeth four pounds 
and unto Amy tenn pounds and unto Kathorin five pounds and Anna ADKINS four pounds and 
unto Sara ADKINS four pounds.

Also I Will my quarter of a yardland formerly bequeathed unto my nephew William WILLES 
that it be presently sold to the uttmost what can be gotten for itt for my present use and future use.

Item the rest of my goods and monies not bequeathed and given away I give wholly to my 
executrix above specified these legacies above given to be payed by my executrix within one year 
after my decease.

Also I appoint my brother William WILLES and my couson Richard KENNINGE bothe of 
Weston afoursaid to be overseers of this my will and to have twelve pence a piece for their pains.

Also my executrix is to find all sustynance meate drinke and cloathing she having the use of any 
monies which shall be made of my land during my life.
