Will Nuncupative 6th April 1637
Probate 10th July 1637.

The last will and testament Nuncupative of Bartholomew MOBBES, late 
whilst he lived of Loise Weedon in the county of Northampton, blacksmith 
deceased, made in the presence of those whose names and marks are hereunder 
oath subscribed the sixth day of April in the year of the reign of our Sovereign 
Lord Charles by the grace of god of England, Scotland, France and Ireland, 
defender of the faith Er the thirteenth And in the year of our Lord god 
everlasting 1637. Stilo Anglio.

In the name of God Amen. I first commend my soul into the hands of Jesus 
Christ my blessed saviour and redeemer and my body to the earth decently to 
be buried.

Item, thanks be to god I being of good and perfect memory at this time do 
hereby give and bequeath to Martha my well beloved wife all my goods and 
chattels of what nature and kind soever they be. And do make her my sole 
Executrix of this my last will and testament in the presence of those whose 
names and marks are hereunder written.
