This is the last Will and Testament of me The Reverend John Thomas Flesher of Tiffield 
in the County of Northampton Cleric I bequeath unto my faithful servant George Askins 
the legacy or sum of Five Pounds for his own absolaute use and direct that the same 
shall be paid within six calendar months next after my decease I bequeath All the 
residue of the Personal Estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease 
unto my son John Henry Flesher for his own use absolutely And I appoint him my said 
son John Henry Flesher sole Executor of this my Will Lastly I revoke all other Wills, 
made by me at any time heretofore In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
this sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
fifty two John Thos Flesher

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me the Reverend John Thomas 
Flesher of Tiffield in the County of Northampton Cleric which Will bears the date the 
sixteenth day of October one thousand eight hundred and fifty two I bequeath the same 
unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Flesher such part of my household goods and furniture 
plate linen china pictures Jewells and ornaments as she shall think proper to select and 
take for her own use during her life and after her decease I bequeath the same unto my 
son John Henry Flesher for his own use absolutely In all other respects I ratify and 
confirm my said Will In Witness whereof I have set my hand this seventeenth day of 
October one thousand eight hundred and fifty two John Thos Flesher
