1871 Feb 24  BENJAMIN PIKE of Crick.  (Vol 7, p91, will 36)

Baker … appoints his friends Edward Pike and Thomas Cowley as 
executors … to pay all debts and funeral expenses … messuage, bakehouse, 
premises in Crick + household furniture, stock in trade to his wife Elizabeth 
Pike for her natural life provided she does not remarry … messuage, 
outbuildings, orchard, two closes, pasture land in Crick to executors upon 
trust to be sold, money invested and dividends paid to his wife … on wife’s 
remarriage or death all estate to be sold by executors and all monies then to 
be equally divided amongst his children [not named] … signed 26 Apr 1864.
