done then executors to sell … pay mortgage to Mrs Powers … son William 
Pike to get all household effects etc as listed … son-in-law Thomas Draper 
of Grandborough WKS … residue from sale money and from rest of estate 
including farm stock to be equally divided between his son and son-in-law … 
Zephariah Edmunds and Thomas Watts to be executors … signed 7 Sep 
1778.
