This is the last Will and Testament of me John Faulkner of Tiffield in the County of Northampton as follows (that is to say) I give devise and bequeath all and every my messauges cottages closes lands tenements hereditaments and real estates whatsoever situate and being in Tiffield aforesaid and in Gayton in the said County of Northampton unto my nephew Thomas ffaulkner the son of my brother William ffaulkner and to the heirs and assigns of my said nephew William Faulkner forever I give and bequeath the yearly Dividends and Income of nine hundred pounds stock in the three per cent Consolidated Bank annuities and one hundred pounds stock in the three per cent reduced annuities now standing in my name in the books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England unto and equally beetween my servants Hannah Stacey and Mary Carter in equal shares and to be paid and payable to them accordingly half yearly as the same shall become due by my Executor hereinafter named for and during the term of their joint natural lives and to commence and become payable from the day of my death and from and immediately after the decease of either of them the said Hannah Stacey and Mary Carter then I give and bequeath Twenty pounds a year only as part and parcel of the said dividends and income to the Survivors of them for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after the decease of the survivor of them I give and bequeath the same Principal Stocks and Monies aforesaid so now standing in my name in the three per cent consolidated bank annuities aand the three per cent reduced annuities unto and equally between my nephews and nieces William ffaulkner George ffaulkner Richard ffaulkner Sarah ffaulkner and Lydia Green (Sons and Daughters of my said Brother William ffaulkner) share and share alike All the Ret and Residue of my monies and Securities for money Goods Chattells stock shop and Personal Estate and effects (not herein before disposed of) whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my son's five nephews and nieces William ffaulkner George ffaulkner Richard ffaulkner Sarah ffaulkner and Lydia Green to be equally divided between them share and share alike they thereout paying all my just debts ffuneral expences and the expences of proving and carrying into execution this my Will And lastly I hereby nom inate constitute and appoint my said nephew Thomas ffaulkner sole and only Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Will and Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two John Faulkner Witnesses John Lovell Thomas Hoberaft William Eyden
