In the Name of God Amen the thirteenth day of October one thousand seven hundred 
and sixteen according to the Computation of the Church of England I Robert Neale of 
Tiffield in the County of Northampton yeoman being weake in Body but of good and 
Perfect memory thanks be to allmighty God and calling to remembrance the unsartain 
state of thistransitory Life and that all flesh must yeald unto death when it shall please 
God to call Doe make constitute ordaine and declare this to be my Last Will and 
Testament in manner and form following Imprimis I give and bequeath my soule unto 
Allmighty god my Creator hoping to be saved by the meritorious death and Passion of 
our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Crist and by virtue of the Resurrection to rise again at 
the Last Day to Life and Immortality; and for my Worldly Estate whichgodt hath been 
pleased to bestow upon mee I despose in manner and form following As to my Bodey to 
be buried in Christian Buriall at the descretion of my Executrix hearafter mentioned; 
Item I give unto my Daughter Sarah Joanes and her Heares for ever that Littel house at 
the nether end of my Yard with that plot of ground straight down to the Willow Tree 
against the street with the mounds belonging to the same Item I give unto Sarah Neale 
my beloved Wife all the rest of my Personall Estate which I am now possessed of; as 
house and Lands in the Parish of Tiffield with my Cloase at fflitnells in the Parish of 
Pattishall in the said County of Northton for Term of Life and after her Decease to my 
Soone Robert Neale upon this condition he shall pay all these my Debts and Legacies 
hereafter mentioned Item I give my Daughter Susanah Neale or her Heares the Sume 
of Twenty and five pounds of good and Lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid by my 
Soone Robert Neale or his Heares within twelve months after the decease of Sarah my 
Beloved Wife Item I give unto my Daughter Sarah Joanes or her Heares the sume of 
Ten Pounds of good and Lawfull money to be paid to her by my Soone Robert Neale or 
his Heares within one yeare and six months after the Decease of Sarah my Beloved 
wife Item I give unto Susanah Joanes and Sarah Joanes thay being the two Daughters 
of Daniell Joanes and Sarah his wife the Sume of five pounds apiece of good and 
Lawfull money to be paid unto them when thet shall come to the ages of Eighteen 
yeares by my Soone Robert Neale or his Heares. If either of them or both them shall die 
before the money shall become payable the money shall Dye with them Item I give unto 
my Soone John Neale or his Heares the Sume of Twenty Shillings to be paid by my 
Soone Robert Neale or his Heares six months after the Decease of Sarah my Beloved 
wife All the rest of my Goods and Chattells not before Bequeathed as Housall Goods 
Bedin woolen and Linnen puter and brass and all other things to sarah my Beloved wife 
to dispose of themat her Will and Doe make her my Sole Executrix of this my Last Will 
and Testament Revoking all other wills by mee made by word or wrighting In Witness I
