This is the last Will and Testament of William Stanley of Upper Middleton Cheney in the County of Northampton Baker that is first I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied next I desire that one Hundred Pounds which I received of my late brother Thomas Stanley of Sanford in the County of Oxford be paid to the Children of my said brother viz. Thomas Stanley John Stanley Ann Stanley Mary Elizabeth Stanley with what Interest may be due arising therefrom at my decease next I give and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate with money out at use or what ever I may be in possession of at my decease to my Brother Richard Stanley my Sister Ann Potter my Sister Mary Bull and my late Brother Thomas Stanleys Children viz. Thomas Stanley John Stanley Ann Stanley and Mary Elizabeth Stanley that is the one fourth part that I intended for my late Brother Thomas Stanley to be equally divided among them share and share alike except twenty pounds which I give and bequeath to my housekeeper Ann Tudsey for her faithful Service to me And I further desire as soon as possible after my decease that a Sale may be made of all that I am possessed of whether in Houses Lands Goods Chattels and so forth for the most they will fetch and the money arising from such Sale be equally divided between the aforesaid Legatees within one year after my decease And I do nominate constitute and appoint Michael Bennett Farmer of Chalcombe in the County of Northton and Richard Wise Farmer of lower Middleton Cheney in the aforesaid County Executors in trust to this my last Will and Testament And I hereby revoke all former Wills made by me at any former time And I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this seventeenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and nineteen Wm Stanley Signed sealed and delivered by the aforesaid Testator William Stanley in the presence of us who have hereunto set our Hands as Witnesses who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names J Woolston Thos Kingston Jeremiah Rentham Proved at London 11th Augt 1819 before the Judge by the Oaths of Michael Bennett and Richard Wise the Executors to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Comon duly to adminr.
