This is the last Will and Testament of me Gregory 
Doughty of Fordingbridge in the County of 
Southton Doctor in Divinity touching the Settling 
and disposing of such Worldly Goods and Estate 
wherewith God has been pleased to bless me First I 
give devise and bequeath unto my Dear and Loving 
Wife Ann Doughty All those my Arrable Lands and 
Meadow and Pasture Ground with their and every of 
their Rights Member and Appurtences which I lately 
purchased of Sir Thomas Hoby Baronet with the 
Barne and Stable by me lately built and Erected 
thereon Situate lying and being in the Parish of 
Ellingham in the said County of Southton All which 
Premises are now in the Occupation of Martin 
Lawrence And also all other my .....Real Estate 
whatsoever and wheresoever To hold all and Singular 
my said Arrable Lands Meadow and Pasture Ground 
Tenements and other the Premises thereunto belonging 
unto my said Wife Anne her Heirs and Assigns for ever 
Also I give devise and bequeath unto the said Anne my 
Wife her Executors Admors and Assigns all my Goods 
Chattles money Plate Jewells and all other my Personal 
Estate whatsoever She Paying thereout all my Just 
Debts and Funeral Expences And I do hereby make and 
Appoint my said Wife Anne my full and some Executrix 
of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I 
the said Gregory Doughty have hereunto sett my hand 
and Seal this twentieth day of July One thousand
