In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Gifford of 
Woolly in the Parish of Hursley in the County of 
Southampton Spinster being of sound Mind and 
Understanding but considering the uncertainty of Life 
do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament 
in manner and form following First I give and devise 
All my Messuages and Tenements and 
Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever either 
in Possession Reversion or expectancy with the 
Appurtenances to my Sister Frances Gifford for 
and during her Life and from and after her decease 
or in case she should not happen to survive me then 
I give and devise the same and every part thereof to 
my Sister Ann Pretty of Rumsey in the said 
County Widow for and during her life and from and 
after her decease or in case she should not happen 
to survive them I give and devise the same and 
every part thereof to my Nieces Catherine Pretty 
of Rumsey aforesaid Spinster and Elizabeth 
Parry the Wife of the Reverend Mr Gregory Parry 
of Andover in the said County their Heirs and 
Assigns to hold as Tenants in Common and not as 
joint Tenants Also I give and bequeath all my 
Personal Estate whatsoever to my said Sister Frances 
Gifford for her Life and after her decease I give and 
bequeath the same to my said Sister Ann Pretty for 
her Life and after her decease I give and bequeath 
the same to my said two Nieces Catherine Pretty and 
Elizabeth Parry to be equally divided between them 
share and share alike hereby revoking all other Wills 
by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
