This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Richman of 
the Parish of Ringwood in the County of Southampton 
Clothier concerning the Settling of such Worldly Goods and 
Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with made the 
Sixteenth Day of January 1766 ffirst I give and bequeath unto 
my beloved Cousin Mary the Wife of William Eccles of the 
Parish of ffordingbridge in the County aforesaid Woollen 
Weaver all that ffreehold Tenement with the Outhouses and 
Garden thereto belonging at present in the occupation of 
William Harvey formerly bearing the sign of the Antelope 
situate in the town of Wimborn in the County of Dorset 
paying to my Sister Eliz Gibbs the Sum of two Shillings Pr 
Week during her life during her life out of the Profits of the said 
Tenement Also I give and bequeath unto William Lokier of 
the Parish of Kingston near Longham Carpenter all that 
ffreehold tenement with the Outhouses and Garden thereto 
belonging at present in the occupied by John Rideout Glover 
of Wimborn aforesaid Provided the said William Lokier doth 
pay to Mary Ivemay my Sister the Sum of two Shillings and 
sixpence per Week during her life Also I give and bequeath 
unto Sarah Ivemay of Troop in the Parish of Holdenhurst 
All that ffreehold tenement with the Outhouses and Garden 
thereto belonging now in the Occupation of William Tory 
Stationer Situate in Wimborne aforesaid Provided She the 
said Sarah Pays to Mary Ivemay her Mother the Sum of two 
Shillings and sixpence per Week during her life Also I give and 
bequeath unto Richard Ivemay Collarmaker of Wimborn 
aforesaid that ffreehold estate called Millfield consisting of an 
Acre of Land Situate near Canfordbridge in the Parish of 
Winborn aforesaid now rented by Mr George at the Sign of 
the Hart in Wimborn aforesaid Also I give and bequeath unto 
Elizabeth Lokier the Wife of Joseph Lokier of Haw in the 
Parish of Kingston the sum of twenty Pounds of lawfull 
money of Great Britain to be paid to her the said Elizabeth 
Lokier in three Months after my decease by my hereafter 
named Executors Also I give unto my Nephews Richard and 
William Ivemay all my Wearing Apparel and all the money 
that any way belongs to me be it wore it may with whatsoever 
is due to me on any Account to be equally divided between the 
said Richard and William Ivemay also I will that Mary the Wife 
of William Eccles aforesaid shall after my decease see that my 
body be decently interred and Pay all the ffuneral expences 
attending my burial Also I appoint my Sister Elizabeth Gibbs 
and Mary Eccles aforesaid to be Executors In Trust to see the 
due Performance of this Will also I will that whosever of the 
above named People to whom anything is bequeathed shall 
make and dispute or commence any Suit at law concerning any 
thing in this Will shall have only one Shilling paid by my 
Executors and his her or their Part of the above Legacy shall be 
equally divided among the other People mentioned in this Will 
What is written on the other side is declared by me the 
Testator to be my last Will and Testament hereby disallowing 
and revoking all former Wills by me made disannulling all 
Legacies Bequests or Executors heretofore named allowing this 
only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I 
have set my hand and seal The Day and year above written
