This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Uzzell of 
Ovington in the County of Southampton I direct the 
payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary 
expences I give to my Nephew Thomas Uzzell son of my 
deceased brother William one hundred pounds three per 
cent reduced annuities  to Samuel Malpuss son of my Sister 
Ann the legacy of fifty pounds like three per cent reduced 
annuities but I expressly declare that my Executor shall be at 
liberty to retain the last mentioned legacy and to advance the 
same to or for the benefit of my said Nephew Samuel in such 
parts and proportions as he may in his own discretion think 
best for the benefit and advantage of my said Nephew Samuel 
To my Nephew William Malpuss son of my said Sister Ann 
the legacy of fifty pounds like three per cent reduced annuities 
To    Malpus son of my late Nephew James Malpus the 
legacy of fifty pounds three per cent reduced annuities and to 
the only Daughter of my late Nephew James Malpus the like 
legacy of fifty pounds three per cent reduced annuities and to 
my Nephew John Malpus the son of my said deceased sister 
Ann I give all the Rest and Residue of my real and Personal 
Estate and Effects which I am possessed of to and for his own 
absolute use and benefit and I appoint his sole Executor of this 
my will  Witness my hand this 30th day of September 1851 _
