THE  LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
Of me Catherine Hicks of ?Casita? Anna Valley, Andover Hants on the County of 
Hampshire made this 20th day of June in the year of our lord one thousand nine 
hundred and 40

I Hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore.  I appoint (left blank) to 
be my Executor and direct that all my Debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as 
soon at conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto My son Arthur Walter Hicks All My Wordly 
Possessions.  Catherine Hicks
My Son Arthur Walter Hicks if still surviving me and nothing is to be disposed 
of until proved he is dead.  I wish Mrs Sader of 189 Millway Road to have the pair 
of vases on mantle piece Doulton ware art pot and tapestry chair, 
everything else to be held in trust for my Son Arthur Walter Hicks and 
wish my Brothers- Louis Edward Fannin and Arthur Fannin to benefit when 
proved my Son is dead, there is the insurance money I hav?nt drawn on my Son 
Salvation Army and also the iquitable, Mr W. Goddard would put you right about 
that, and if Brother Louis died his children are not to benefit in any way  I 
bequeath the the Bungalow to my Brother Arthur Fannin and his wife Maud and 
in the event of their death to Alberta Gresswell sister to Mrs. Arthur Fannin.  Catherine
