Last Will & Testament of Richard Earwaker

In the name of God Amen I Richard Earwaker on the eighteenth day of July in 
the year of our Lord God One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Nine. I Richard 
Earwaker the elder of West Meon in the County of Southampton, yeoman, 
being weak of body but of good and perfect memory thanks be unto 
almighty God for the same. Do make this my last Will and Testament in 
manner and form following that is to say, first I give and bequeath my soul 
into the hands of almighty God in ? ? to be ? by the ? ? of ? ? and my body 
to the Earth from whence it came and to be ? in the parish church of West 
Meon. And so for my wordily goods I ? ? of them. First I give unto Ann my 
beloved wife my Chattels ? during her natural life of such lands with the 
Appertances belonging to me in ? in the parish of East Meon, and ? I give 
unto her my said wife ? pounds of lawful money of England and ? my ? ? in 
the ? with the rings and ? and all other furniture ? unto the said ?. Then I give 
unto my son Richard and my son Thomas ? shillings apiece. Then I give unto 
my daughter Elizabeth Winter and my daughter Ann Andrews ? shillings 
apiece. Then I give unto my daughter ? Earwaker the sum of three hundred 
pounds of lawful money ? English money ? if ? provided that whatsoever ? or 
? of money made due unto her upon bonds or otherwise to be part of the 
said ? of ? hundred pounds. Then I give unto the children of my said daughter 
Elizabeth Winter unto ? many of them ? shall attain unto the age of ? ? ? ? this 
fund of ? pounds apiece of ? English money. Then I give unto the two 
daughters of my ? Thomas Earwaker, Ann and Mary the sum of five pounds 
apiece of ? English money. Then I give unto William Andrews the son of my 
said daughter Ann Andrews ? shillings. All the aforesaid ? to be paid by my 
Executors ? ? and of ? ? ? after my decease ? ? ? given unto the children of 
my said daughter Elizabeth Winter who are not to be paid until they come to 
the age of one and twenty years. And I nominate and appoint my ? ? 
Nicholas and Edmund Earwaker be my sole Executors ? ? unto them after all 
my debts and expenses are paid. All the rest of my goods and chattels 
whatsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal ? the ?

This will was proved at London before the judge for probate of ? and ? ? 
lawfully authorised the Fourteenth Day of April in the year of our Lord God 
One Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty by the ? of Nicholas and Edmund 
Earwaker the ? and lawful ? and ? named in this will to whom ? of all and
