This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Baigent of 
Odiham in the County of Southampton Servant to Mr Stephen 
Terry of Odiham Gentleman I give and bequeath unto my Son 
James Baigent of Yately in the County of Southampton 
aforesaid Malster (Servant to Mr William Giblett of 
Yately) all and every my Personal Estate of every kind 
whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be at the time of 
my decease And I hereby appoint my said Son James Baigent 
Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness 
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty 
seventh day of October in the year of our Lord one
