This is the last Will and testament of me Mary Ann Earl of 45 Queens Road Alton 
in the County of Hampshire made this First day of December in the year of our 
Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen. I hereby revoke all wills by me at 
any time heretofore made. I appoint my husband to be my Executor and direct that 
all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as 
conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my husband 
Frederick Earl my two houses Nos. 2 & 4 Vicarage Road, Alton, Hants. Mary Ann 
Earl.
Signed by the Testator as her last Will in the presence of us present at the same 
time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have 
subscribed our names as witnesses
