In the Name of God Amen the Ninth day of August in the yeare of our Lord One 
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven and in the Tenth Yeare of the Reigne of our 
Sovereigne Lady Anne I Robert Henty of Portesmouth in the County of Southton Brasier 
being aged and weake in Body but of good and perfect Mind memory and 
Understanding Doe make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner 
followeing that is to say ffirst I comend my Soule to God and my Body to the Earth to be 
Decently buried Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Martha Loddy the wife of 
Thomas Loddy the sume of sixty pounds of lawfull money of Great Brittaine if she be 
living the space of one yeare after my Decease Item I give and bequeath unto my Son 
Robert Henty my wearing Apparrell of all sorts both Lynnen and Woollen Item all the 
rest residue and remainder of such sume and sumes of Money Goods Chattles and 
Estate whatsoever which shall belong or appertaine unto me att my Decease (my Debts 
and ffunerall expences being first paid) I give devise and bequeath unto my said son 
Robert Henty and to my Daughter Elizabeth Blake equally to be divided between them 
And I doe hereby nominate and appointe the said Robert and Elizabeth Executors of 
this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof (revokeing all former Wills by me 
made) I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seale the day and Yeare above written  Robt
