This is the last Will and Testament of me Eli Earle of Froyle in the County of 
Southampton Corn Dealer. I give and devise unto my dear Wife Mary Ann Earle and her 
heirs All that my freehold messuage tenement or dwellinghouse with the workshops 
storehouses outhouses buildings yard orchard garden and backside thereunto adjoining 
and belonging with their and every of their appurtenances situate at Isington in the 
parish of Binsted in the County of Southampton formerly in the occupation of John 
Herritt his son since of Thomas Major late of Sarah Major and now of William Smith. 
And also all that my piece or parcel of freehold ground situate at Isington aforesaid on 
the south-west side of the road or lane leading from Isington to Froyle and opposite the 
aforesaid messuage and premises Together with the blacksmiths shop sawhouse 
storehouse and buildings standing on part thereof, part of which said piece or parcel of 
ground is used as a timber yard and part as an orchard and which said piece or parcel 
of ground contains (with the site of the said blacksmith's shop - sawhouse storehouse 
and buildings) thirty perches (more or less) All which said hereditaments and premises I 
lately purchased of Charles Major and others And also all other my real estate 
whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same hereditaments and premises 
respectively unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Ann Earle her heirs and designs 
for ever Also I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Ann Earle for her absolute 
benefit All my household goods and furniture books plate linen woollen glass china 
prints pictures wearing apparel stock in trade moneys securities for money debts due to 
me at my decease and all and singular  other my personal estate and effects 
whatsoever and wheresoever Subject nevertheless to the payment thereout of my just 
debts funeral and testamentary expenses I devise to my said Wife Mary Ann Earle and 
her  heirs all real estates vested in me as a Trustee or  Mortgagee Subject nevertheless 
to the equities and trusts affecting the same respectively. I nominate and appoint my 
said Wife Mary Ann Earle sole Executrix of this my Will And lastly I revoke all Wills by 
me at any time heretofore made In witness  whereof I have hereunto set my hand the 
Tenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty four.

On the fourteenth day May 1853 this Testamentary paper was exhibited to me as the 
true last Will and Testament of Eli Earle (the Testator) who died on the fifth day of 
February last past, and Mary Ann Earle the Widow and sole Executrix thereof in due 
form of Law and that to the best of her Knowledge and Belief the whole of the Goods 
Chattels and Credits, of which the said Eli Earle, the Testator, died possessed (without 
deducting any thing on account of the Debts due from him) are under the value of One 
Thousand Pounds

Earle (the Testator) who died on the Fifth day of February last past, and Mary Ann Earle 
the Widow and sole Executrix named in the said Will was sworn Executrix thereof in due 
form of Law, and that to the best of her Knowledge and Belief the whole of the Goods 
Chattels and Credits, of which the said Eli Earle, the Testator, died pofsefsed (without 
deducting any Thing on account of the Debt due from him) are under the value of One 
Thousand Pounds -
