This is the last Will and Testament of me William Barringer of Ravenstone in the County of Buckingham I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid as soon as convenient after my decease I give and bequeath unto my brother James Barringer all my interest in and claim upon the house in which I reside for his use and benefit absolutely I give and bequeath to my brother Joseph Barringer all my household furniture and effects of every kind soever for his own use and benefit absolutely I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate unto my five nephews William Timson Barringer Samuel Wright Barringer and Thomas Barringer the sons of my said brother Joseph and Thomas ffrederick Tuttle Barringer and Henry Faber Barringer the two sons of my said brother James to be equally divided between them share and share alike and in case either or any of them should die before me I will and direct that the share of him or them so dying go to and be divided equally amongst his or their children respectively I nominate and appoint my said nephew William Timson Barringer Executor of this my will which is and I declare to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said testator William Barringer have to this my last will and testament and to a duplicate thereof set my hand this twentieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six William Barringer Charles Turner Fanny Voller Proved 18 January 1841 PCC Prob11/2048
