who worked as a sales representative in London, was the Carnival Queen for Woking's
sixteenth Whirl, in July 1985. Her two attendants were Louise Begent and Janice Oates. Tracey's prize for winning over the other 14 finalists was £200, a modelling portfolio, a dress (to keep) and hair-do for carnival
day.
