At a Special Court Baron of The Right Honorable William Hillier Earl of Onslow Lord of the said Manor held for the said Manor on Saturday the twenty ninth day of September in the fifty second year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lady Victoria by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight Before Frederic Ferdinand Smallpeice Gentleman Steward there.

Bargain and Sale George Chandler and Joseph Chandler to Louisa Amelia Wing
At this Court came here into Court Louisa Amelia Wing the wife of Frederick Wing of Bisley in the County of Surrey Farmer and produced a certain Indenture of Bargain and Sale Bearing date the twenty ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight in the words following to wit:-
This Indenture made the twenty ninth day of September One thousand eight hundred and eighty eight Between George Chandler of Bisley in the County of Surrey Farmer and Joseph Chandler of Bisley aforesaid Farmer (hereinafter called the Vendors) of the one part and Louisa Amelia Wing the wife of Frederick Wing of Bisley aforesaid Farmer (hereinafter called the purchaser) of the other part Whereas William Chandler late of Bisley aforesaid Farmer being seized in customary fee simple of the copyhold hereditaments hereinafter described subject to the rent heriot suits and services therefor formerly due and of right accustomed made his Will dated the sixth day of December One thousand eight hundred and eighty five and thereby as to all that his Copyhold messuage or tenement outbuildings farm lands and hereditaments called Stedmans otherwise Elm Park or by whatsoever other name or names the same were known containing altogether twenty eight acres (more or less) situate in the Parish of Bisley aforesaid and then and for many years past in his own occupation And also all those two pieces of land containing together one acre three roods and ten perches or thereabouts situate in Neltro Common Field in the Parish of Bisley aforesaid which Testator purchased of Lydia Hone and Henry Clements and then in his own occupation And all other (if any) his Copyhold hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever situate the said Testator directed the Vendors or other the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of his said Will to sell the same and to lay out the monies to arise from the Sale or Sales thereof in manner and Upon the trusts in the said Will expressed And whereas the said William Chandler died on the twenty eighth day of December one thousand eight hundred and eighty six without having altered or revoked his said Will and the said will was duly proved on the eighth day of June One thousand eight hundred and eighty seven in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice by Elizabeth Chandler Widow the sole Executrix therein named And whereas the Vendors have in pursuance of the direction to them contained in the said recited Will agreed to sell the messuage or tenement pieces or parcels of Land and hereditaments hereinafter described and expressed to be hereby bargained and sold to the Purchaser at the price of Seven hundred and twenty five pounds Now this Indenture Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred and twenty five pounds to the Vendors paid by the Purchaser out of monies belonging to her separate estate on or before the execution of these presents (the receipt whereof the Vendors hereby acknowledge) The Vendors as Trustees in exercise of the power for this purpose given to them by the said Will of the said William Chandler as aforesaid and of all other powers (if any) in anywise enabling them in this behalf Do hereby bargain and sell unto the Purchaser All that one messuage or tenement called Goddins with a barn and all other the buildings curtilages gardens and Orchards thereto belonging and three pieces of land with the appurtenances thereto adjoining whereof one is called Mead Close containing by estimation three acres with the appurtenances lying in Bisley within that Manor which said premises are numbered N.o 61 (part of) and 62 and 63 on the Ordnance Map of the said Parish of Bisley and are now found by admeasurement to contain three acres and eighteen perches or thereabouts And also All those two closes of Arable land (now thrown together) containing by estimation three acres and numbered 82 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and now found by admeasurement to contain two acres three roods and thirty nine perches or thereabouts And also All that piece or parcel of land known by the name of Westwood Field and containing by estimation four acres and numbered 71 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and now found by admeasurement to contain three acres two roods and ten perches or thereabouts And also all that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Westwood Mead and containing by estimation two acres and numbered 69 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and now found by admeasurement to contain two acres three roods and sixteen perches or thereabouts And also all that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Neltro Common Field and containing by estimation two acres And also All that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Butts Field and containing by estimation two acres with the appurtenances lying in Bisley within that Manor And also all that piece or parcel of land or ground containing one acre two roods and twenty nine perches or thereabouts situate and being in Neltro Common Field within the said Manor And also all that adjoining piece or parcel of land containing twenty one perches situate in Bisley aforesaid which said four last mentioned pieces of land have been thrown together and are numbered 90 and 92 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and are now found by admeasurement to contain five acres two roods and thirty two perches or thereabouts  All which said copyhold hereditaments were lately in the occupation of the said William Chandler deceased  To hold the said hereditaments and premises hereinbefore described and expressed to be hereby bargained and sold Unto and to the use of the Purchaser her heirs and assigns as and for her separate property according to the custom of the said Manor by and under the rents heriots suits and services therefor formerly due and of right accustomed In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written. Admittance of Louisa Amelia Wing
Now at this Court upon the second Proclamation came here again into Court in her own proper person the said Louisa Amelia Wing and humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to All that one messuage or tenement called Goddins with the barn and all other the buildings curtilages gardens and orchards thereto belonging and three pieces of land with the appurtenances thereto adjoining whereof one is called Mead Close containing by estimation three acres with the appurtenances lying in Bisley within this Manor which said premises are numbered 61 (part of) and 62 and 63 on the Ordnance Map of the said Parish of Bisley and are now found by admeasurement to contain three acres and eighteen perches or thereabouts which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler To whom the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the rod  To hold to the said Louisa Amelia Wing her heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of ninepence Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And so the said Louisa Amelia Wing was admitted Tenant thereof in form aforesaid Gave to the Lord as a fine for such her admittance as appears afterwards and her fealty was pardoned.
Admittance of same
Also at this Court upon the second Proclamation came here again into Court in her proper person the said Louisa Amelia Wing and humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to All those two closes of Arable land (now thrown together) containing by estimation three acres and numbered 82 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and now found by admeasurement to contain two acres three roods and thirty nine perches or thereabouts which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler To whom the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the rod  To hold to the said Louisa Amelia Wing her heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of one shilling and four pence Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And so the said Louisa Amelia Wing was admitted Tenant thereof in form aforesaid Gave to the Lord as a fine for such her admittance as appears afterwards and her fealty was pardoned.
Admittance of same
Also at this Court upon the second Proclamation came here again into Court in her proper person the said Louisa Amelia Wing and humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to All that one undivided moiety or equal half part the whole into two equal parts to be divided of and in All that piece or parcel of land known by the name of Westwood Field and containing by estimation four acres and numbered 71 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and now found by admeasurement to contain three acres two roods and ten perches or thereabouts And also of and in All that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Westwood Mead and containing by estimation two acres and numbered 69 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and now found by admeasurement to contain two acres three roods and sixteen perches or thereabouts And also of and in All that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Neltro Common Field and containing by estimation two acres And also of and in All that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Butts Field and containing by estimation two acres and within and held of the said Manor which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler To whom the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the rod  To hold to the said Louisa Amelia Wing her heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the yearly apportioned rent of one shilling and sevenpence halfpenny Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And so the said Louisa Amelia Wing was admitted Tenant thereof in form aforesaid Gave to the Lord as a fine for such her admittance as appears afterwards and her fealty was pardoned.

Also at this Court upon the second Proclamation came here again into Court in her proper person the said Louisa Amelia Wing and humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to All that the other undivided moiety or equal half part the whole into two equal parts to be divided of and in All those the said pieces or parcels of land called or known by the names of Westwood Field Westwood Mead Neltro Common Field and Butts Field which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler To whom the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the rod  To hold to the said Louisa Amelia Wing her heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the yearly apportioned rent of one shilling and sevenpence halfpenny Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And so the said Louisa Amelia Wing was admitted Tenant thereof in form aforesaid Gave to the Lord as a fine for such her admittance as appears afterwards and her fealty was pardoned.
Admittance of same
Also at this Court upon the second Proclamation came here again into Court in her proper person the said Louisa Amelia Wing and humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to All that piece or parcel of land or ground containing one acre two roods twenty nine perches or thereabouts situate and being in Neltro Common Field within the said Manor And also all that adjoining piece or parcel of land containing twenty one perches situate in Bisley aforesaid which said two last mentioned pieces of land and the said pieces of land called or known by the names of Neltro Common Field and Butts Field have been thrown together and are numbered 90 and 92 on the Ordnance Map for the said Parish of Bisley and are now found by admeasurement to contain five acres two roods and thirty two perches or thereabouts which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler To whom the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the rod  To hold to the said Louisa Amelia Wing her heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the yearly apportioned rent of threepence Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And so the said Louisa Amelia Wing was admitted Tenant thereof in form aforesaid Gave to the Lord as a Fine for such her five several admittances as appears in the margin [Fine for the whole £62] and her fealty was pardoned.
