Be it Remembered that on the Fifteenth day of September in the twenty ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty nine The Lord of this Manor by Thomas Sibthorpe Gentleman Deputy of John Chandler Gentleman Chief Steward of the said Manor Did Grant Licence to Moses Beauchamp a Customary Tenant of the said Manor to Demise and Let to John Green  All his Copyhold Messuage Lands Tenements and Hereditaments holden in and of the said Manor for any Term or Numbers of Years not exceeding Twenty One years from the twenty ninth day of September instant Saving nevertheless and reserving to the said Lord his Heirs and Successors All Fines Qut Rents Services and Other Duties whan and as often as they shall grow due and all ordinary and usual Remedies for the same by Seizure Distress or otherwise in as large and ample manner to all Intents and Purposes as if this Licence had not been granted.
