At a Special Court Baron of the Right Honourable Arthur George Earl of Onslow Lord of the said Manor held in and for the said Manor on Monday the twenty fifth day of November in the fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord William the Fourth by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith And in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty three Before Joseph Hockley the Elder Gentleman Steward there.

Grant to Thomas Eacott
At this Court the Lord of this Manor by his Steward aforesaid Doth as far as in him lieth and he lawfully can and may voluntarily grant to Thomas Eacott of Bisley in the County of Surrey Laborer and his heirs All that piece or parcel of Waste Land of this Manor lying in Bisley Green containing about thirty rods lately enclosed by the said Thomas Eacott and upon which he hath erected and set up a Cottage or Tenement with the appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto the said Thomas Eacott his heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of One Penny Heriot best live Beast on the death of every Tenant Suit of Court at the Court Baron to be held for the said Manor Suit at the Will of the Lord and such other Services as are customarily rendered by the Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor And so the said Thomas Eacott was admitted Tenant thereof hath seizin by the rod and giveth to the Lord as a fine for such admittance as appears in the Margin [£1.10.0] and his fealty was respited.
Grant to James Hill
At this Court the Lord of this Manor by his Steward aforesaid Doth as far as in him lieth and he lawfully can and may voluntarily grant to James Hill of Bisley in the County of Surrey Laborer and his heirs All that piece or parcel of Waste Land of this Manor lying near Riding Hill containing by estimation eighty rods more or less lately enclosed by the said James Hill and upon which he hath erected and set up a Cottage or Tenement with the appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto the said James Hill his heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of One Penny Heriot best live Beast on the death of every Tenant Suit of Court at the Court Baron to be held for the said Manor Suit at the Will of the Lord and such other Services as are customarily rendered by the Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor And so the said James Hill was admitted Tenant thereof hath seizin by the rod and giveth to the Lord as a fine for such admittance as appears in the Margin [£1.10.0] and his fealty was respited.
Conditional Surrender James Hill to William Woods
And afterwards at this Court came here into Court in his proper person the said James Hill and (in consideration of the Sum of ten pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland current in Great Britain to him paid by William Woods of Horsell in the County of Surrey Yeoman) surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the rod and acceptance of the Steward aforesaid according to the custom of the said Manor All that piece or parcel of Land lying near Riding Hill containing by estimation eighty rods more or less to which the said James Hill had at this Court before been admitted together with the Cottage or Tenement lately erected and set up by him thereon with the appurtenances To the only use and behoof of the said William Woods his heirs and assigns for ever Upon Condition nevertheless to be void if the said James Hill his heirs executors or administrators do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Woods his executors administrators or assigns the full Sum of Ten pounds together with Interest for the same of lawful Money aforesaid on the twenty fifth day of May now next ensuing
Grant to William Cobbett
At this Court the Lord of this Manor by his Steward aforesaid Doth as far as in him lieth and he lawfully can or may voluntarily grant to William Cobbett of Bisley in the County of Surrey Laborer and his heirs All that piece or parcel of the Waste Land of this Manor lying near Staverk Lake containing by estimation Seventy rods more or less lately inclosed by the said William Cobbett and upon which he hath erected and set up a Cottage or Tenement with the appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto the said William Cobbett his heirs and assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of One Penny Heriot best live Beast on the death of every Tenant Suit of Court at the Courts Baron to be held for the said Manor fine at the Will of the Lord and such other Services as are customarily rendered by the Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor And so the said William Cobbett is admitted Tenant thereof hath seisin by the Rod and giveth to the Lord as a fine for such admittance as appears in the Margin [£1.10.0] and his fealty is respited.
