Be it Remembered that on the twenty third day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty nine John Collyer of Naphill in the parish of Horsell in the said County of Surrey Yeoman One of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of the said Manor Hath Surrendered and by these presents Doth Surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Rod and by the Acceptance of Thomas Sibthorpe Gentleman Deputy Steward of the said Manor according to the custom of the said Manor all that Messuage in Bisley Green with the Edifices Garden Orchard and parcel of Land to the same adjoining containing by estimation half an acre be the same more or less And all his Estate Right Title and Interest therein and thereto To the only proper Use and Behoof of William Eacott of Hill Place in the Parish of Horsell aforesaid yeoman his Heirs and Assigns for ever Provided always and upon this Condition nevertheless That if he the said John Collyer his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Eacott his Executors or Administrators the full Sum of Eighteen pounds of lawful money of Great Britain together with Interest for the same after the Rate of Five pounds for One hundred pounds for a year of  like lawful money on the twenty third day of May next ensuing the date hereof without any deduction to be made or taken out of the same on any account whatsoever that then this Surrender shall be void or else remain in full force and Virtue
