A Court Baron of The Right Honorable Richard Lord Onslow Lord of the said Manor held for the said Manor on Friday the Twenty fourth Day of November in the Sixteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred & Seventy five Before John Chandler Gentleman Steward there.

At this Court upon the the third proclamation came into Court in his proper Person John Street Devisee for Life of George Rempnant deceased and humbly Prayed to be Admitted to All that Croft of Land called Bullrowson and three Crofts of Land and one Brook formerly Parcel of a Tenement of Simon Butlers Parcel of the Customary Land of this Manor with the Appurts and all Buildings and Edifices thereupon Erected which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said George Rempnant who in and by his last will and Testament bearing date the seventh day of January One thousand seven hundred and seventy four devised the same in the words following “I Give and Bequeath unto my Son in Law John Street for the term of his Natural Life All my Freehold Lands in Chobham by Estimation Thirty six Acres more or less Also all that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement called BullrowsonAnd all that my Copyhold Lands thereunto belonging with the Appurts situate lying and being in Bisley aforesaid He paying out of the same unto my Grand Daughter Mary Searle the Sum of One hundred Pounds at the time that she Attaines to the Age of Twenty One Years also my Will is that Ann my beloved wife should have the Use of three Rooms in the said House for the term of her Natural Life free from all Payments that is to say the Parlour and the Chamber over it and a Little Room at the end of the House for a Buttery and I Charge the said House and Lands with the Payment as above directed and from and after the decease of the said John Street I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson Henry Street for the term of his Natural Life my aforesaid Freehold Lands and my aforesaid Copyhold House and Lands Charged as aforesaid  Further my Will is that if my said Son in Law John Street should happen to dye before my said Grand Daughter Mary Searle have Attained the Age of Twenty one Years Then my Will is that my Grandson Henry Street should pay the said hundred pounds at the time the She Attains to the Age of Twenty one years and I Charge my aforesaid Estate with the Payment of the said hundred pounds and from and after the Death of both my Son in Law John Street and my Grandson Henry Street I Give and Bequeath all my aforesaid Estate to my lawful Heirs and Assigns for ever.  To whom the Lord of this Manor by his said Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said John Street and his Assigns for and during the Term of his natural Life (Subject to the Charge laid on the said Premises by the said Will of the said George Rempnant) by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of Right accustomed And he Gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance as appears afterwards He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is Respited.

Also at this Court came again into Court in his proper Person upon the third Proclamation the said John Street and humbly Prayed to be Admitted to All that one Parcel of Land called Newcotts containing by Estimation four Acres with the Appurtenances in Bisley aforesaid which came into the Hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said George Rempnant To whom the Lord of this Manor by his said Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said John Street and his Assigns forand during the term of his Natural Life Subject to the Charges laid on the said Premises by the said Will of the said George Rempnant by Copy of Court Roll at the Will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of Right accustomed And he Gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his said two Admittances as appears in the Margin [£27.10s] He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is Respited.
