At a Special Court Baron of The Right Honorable Thomas Earl of Onslow Lord of the said Manor held in and for the said Manor on Monday the twenty ninth day of May in the Fifty fifth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith And in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifteen Before Joseph Hockley the younger Gentleman Steward there.

The Homage aforesaid being sworn and charged on their Oath do say and present That out of Court and since the last General Court  to wit on the eighth day of October which was in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fourteen Richard Barnes of Bisley in the County of Surrey Shopkeeper one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of the said Manor In consideration of the sum of One hundred and seventy pounds to him paid by Isaac Foster the younger of the parish of Wokeing in the County of Surrey Yeoman And also in consideration of the further sum of Two hundred and thirty pounds to be paid by the said Isaac Foster to James Waterer the Executor of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Waterer late of Crastock in the Parish of Wokeing in the County of Surrey Yeoman deceased for the principal money due and owing on a certain Conditional or Mortgage Surrender bearing date the twelfth day of November one thousand eight hundred and eleven made by the said Richard Barnes to the said Thomas Waterer deceased of the parcel of Land intended to be surrendered Did surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Rod and by the acceptance of the Steward aforesaid according to the custom of the said Manor All that Customary or Copyhold parcel of Land with the appurtenances lying in Four severals containing by estimation seven acres more or less lying in Bisley aforesaid within this Manor  To the only proper and absolute use and behoof of the said Isaac Foster the younger his heirs and assigns for ever (Subject nevertheless to the said mortgage and payment of the principal sum of Two hundred and thirty pounds thereby secured and all interest from thenceforth to grow due thereon).
Now at this Court came here into Court the said Isaac Foster the younger by William Woods his attorney and humbly prayed to be admitted Tenant to the said parcel of Land with the appurtenances in pursuance of the said surrender To whom the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the Rod  To Hold to the said Isaac Foster the younger his heirs and assigns for ever (subject as aforesaid) by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of __________ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And so he was admitted Tenant thereof by his attorney in form aforesaid And the Fine for such his admittance was set at Ten pounds fifteen shillings to be paid to the Steward aforesaid at his house in Guildford in the said County of Surrey for the use of the Lord of the said Manor within one month from this day And his Fealty was respited.
