A View of Frankpledge with a General Court Baron of The Right Honorable George Lord Onslow and Cranley Lord of the said Manor there held for the said Manor on Thursday the first day of May in the thirty second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety two Before Thomas Sibthorpe Gent Steward there.

The Homage present a certain Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety two whereby William Stovell one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor (who personally came before Thomas Sibthorpe Gentleman Steward of the said Manor) Surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Acceptance of the said Steward according to the Custom of the said Manor One parcel of Land called Loompits containing by Estimation Six Acres be the same more or less in the said parish and Manor of Bisley held by the yearly Rent of Four pence Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed  To the only proper Use and Behoof of James Nesmith of Chobham in the County of Surrey yeoman his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Custom of the said Manor And to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Whereupon at this Court upon the first proclamation came into Court in his proper person the said James Nesmith and humbly prayed to be Admitted to the said premises in pursuance of the said Surrender  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Steward granted the same To hold to him the said James Nesmith his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of Four pence Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance as appears in the Margin [-]  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.

The Homage also present a certain Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the nineteenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety two whereby William Searle one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor Did Surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the acceptance of Thomas Sibthorpe Gentleman Steward of the said Manor according to the Custom of the said Manor All his Right Title Estate Interest Benefit and Equity of Redemption of in and to All that his one undivided third part or share of and in The Reversion and Remainder expectant on the death of Mary Searle his Mother of and in all that Customary Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances called or known by the name of Collyers with the Edifices Buildings Barn Stable Garden Orchard and all and singular the Customary Arable Meadow and Pasture Lands to the same Messuage belonging and appertaining situate lying and being within the parish of Bisley within this Manor   To the only proper Use and Behoof of James Trigg of Wokeing in the said County of Surrey yeoman his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Custom of the said Manor And to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever freed and absolutely discharged of and from any proviso for redemption of the said premises in any former Surrender of the said Premises contained Whereupon at this Court upon the first proclamation came into Court in his proper person the said James Trigg and humbly prayed to be admitted to All that one Undivided third part or share of and in The Reversion and Remainder expectant on the death of Mary Searle Widow of and in the said premises in pursuance of the said Surrender  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said James Trigg his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of _________ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance as appears in the Margin [-]  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.

The Homage also present a certain Surrender bearing date the first day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety one Whereby George Gosden of the parish of Chobham in the County of Surrey yeoman one of the Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor of Bisley did out of Court Surrender by the Rod into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Acceptance of the said Steward according to the Custom of the said Manor by the acceptance of Thomas Loveland and John Loveland two other Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor  All  his Copyhold Messuage Lands and premises with the Appurtenances lying and being in the said parish and Manor of Bisley called or known by any name or names whatsoever  To the only Use and Behoof of such person or persons and upon such Conditions as he the said George Gosden hath or shall in and by his last will and Testament in Writing Direct Limit or Appoint the same.

Whereas at a View of Frankpledge with a General Court Baron holden for the said Manor on the third day of May One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty seven The Homage presented that Edward Jenkins one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor who held to him and his Heirs by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor All that parcel of Ground containing by Estimation One Acre and an half more or less called Bisley Mead formerly in the Occupation of Thomas Loveland by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services Died since the last Court seized thereof and that Edward Jenkins was his only Son and Heir at Law of full age and Whereas at a view of Frankpledge with a General Court Baron holden for the said Manor on the eighth day of May One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty nine The Homage presented that Edward Jenkins late one of the  Copyhold or Customary Tenants of the said Manor in and by his last will and Testament in Writing bearing date on or about the nineteenth day of February One thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven Did Give Devise and Bequeath unto his Son Edward Jenkins his Son in Law William Wyat Want Thomas Baker and Edward Bailey and their Heirs All and every his Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever and all Estate and Interest therein and thereto Upon Trust as therein was mentioned And the Homage also presented that the said Edward Jenkins in and by a Codicil to the said Will bearing date on or about the fourteenth day of March One thousand seven hundred and Eighty Seven did Revoke the Gift and Devise of his said Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments unto them the said Edward Jenkins the Son William Wyat Want Thomas Baker and Edward Bailey and their Heirs and he did thereby Give and Devise All his Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever unto his Son Edward Jenkins his Son in Law William Wyat Want his Son in Law John Gaskoin and the said Thomas Baker and their Heirs upon the same Trusts and to and for the same Charges and Incumbrances and Directions as he had in and by his said Will given and devised his said Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments  unto the said Son Edward Jenkins the Son William Wyat Want Thomas Baker and Edward Bailey and their Heirs Whereupon at that Court upon the third Proclamation came into Court the said Edward Jenkins the Son William Wyat Want  John Gaskoin and Thomas Baker by Henry Street their attorney and humbly prayed to be admitted to the said recited premises To whom the Lord of  this Manor Granted the same To hold to them the said Edward Jenkins the Son William Wyat Want  John Gaskoin and Thomas Baker their Heirs and Assigns for ever Subject nevertheless to such Charges as are in the said Will of the said Edward Jenkins the Father mentioned and contained And Whereas at a View of Frankpledge with a General Court Baron holden for the said Manor on the twentieth day of May One thousand Seven hundred and ninety one The Homage presented a certain Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the eighteenth day of May One thousand seven hundred and Ninety whereby the said Edward Jenkins William Wyat Want  John Gaskoin and Thomas Baker did Surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Rod and by the Acceptance of Thomas Sibthorpe then Deputy Steward of the said Manor All that parcel of Ground containing by Estimation one acre and an half more or less called Bisley Mead formerly in the occupation of Thomas Loveland to which they were admitted as before mentioned and all their Estate Right Title and Interest therein and thereto To the only proper Use and Behoof of Sarah Sibthorpe of Guildford in the County of Surrey Spinster her Heirs and Assigns for ever And to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Whereupon at that Court the said Sarah Sibthorpe by William Eacott her attorney  humbly prayed to be admitted to the said premises in pursuance of the said Surrender To whom the Lord of  the said Manor Granted the same To hold to her Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of _______  Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And she Gave to the Lord as a Fine for such her Admittance ________  She was by her said attorney admitted Tenant thereof had Seizin by the Rod and her Fealty was respited. And Whereas it doth not appear that the said Edward Jenkins the Father did at any time after he became Seized of the said recited premises Surrender the same unto the Use of his Will according to the custom of the said Manor and therefore the Gift and Devise in the said recited will and codicil so far as they relate to the said premises and the said recited Admission of the said Edward Jenkins the Son William Wyat Want  John Gaskoin and Thomas Baker their Surrender to the said Sarah Sibthorpe and her admission thereupon are Void and Nugatory But the said premises descended to the said Edward Jenkins the Son as the Heir at Law of the said Edward Jenkins the Father Whereupon at this Court came into Court in his  proper person the said Edward Jenkins the Son and humbly prayed to be Admitted to the said premises which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the Death of the said Edward Jenkins the Father  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said Edward Jenkins the Son his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of _______  Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he gave nothing to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance a Fine having been paid on the former admittance  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.
And immediately after such the admission of the said Edward Jenkins the Son he being still personally present here in Court did Surrender by the Rod into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Acceptance of the said Steward according to the Custom of the said Manor All that All that parcel of Ground containing by Estimation One Acre and an half more or less called Bisley Mead formerly in the Occupation of Thomas Loveland To which he had just before been admitted To the only proper Use and Behoof of Sarah Sibthorpe of Guildford in the County of Surrey Spinster her Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Custom of the said Manor and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Whereupon at this Court came into Court the said Sarah Sibthorpe by James Stevenson her attorney and humbly prayed to be Admitted to the said premises in pursuance of the said Surrender  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said Sarah Sibthorpe her Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of _______  Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And she gave nothing to the Lord as a Fine for such her Admittance she having paid a Fine on her former admittance  She is by her said attorney admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and her Fealty is respited.

At this Court came Joshua Longley One of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor and Surrendered by the Rod into the hands of the Lord of this Manor by the Acceptance of the said Steward according to the Custom of this Manor All and every his Copyhold or Customary Lands Tenements and Hereditaments within and holden of this Manor  To the Use and Behoof of such person or persons for such Estate and Estates and to for and upon such and the same Uses Intents and Purposes as he the said  Joshua Longley in and by his last Will and Testament in Writing or any writing purporting to be his last Will and Testament hath already Given Devised Limited or Appointed or hereafter shall Give Devise Limit or Appoint the same And to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
