The Homage present that Thomas Searle who at a View of Frankpledge with a Court Baron held for the said Manor on Wednesday the Eighteenth day of October One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy five was Admitted Guardian of the Estate of George Rempnant Searle his Son then an Infant until the said George Rempnant Searle should attain the age of Twenty one years is since dead And that the said George Rempnant Searle is still living and remained an Infant under the age of Twenty one Years And thereupon The Custody as well of the Person of the said George Rempnant Searle as of the Estate of the said George Rempnant Searle is granted to William Searle his Brother until the said George Rempnant Searle shall attain the age of Twenty one years He the said William Searle keeping and observing the Customs of the said Manor in all Things and keeping the said Premises in good repair And Rendering an Account thereof to the said Infant when he shall attain the said age of Twenty one years And the said William Searle is admitted Guardian accordingly_
