The General Court Baron of The Right Honorable William Hillier Earl of Onslow Lord of the said Manor held in and for the said Manor on Wednesday the eleventh day of July in the fifty second year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lady Victoria by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight Before Frederic Ferdinand Smallpeice Gentleman Steward there.

Will of Sarah Ann Robinson
The Homage present that Sarah Ann Robinson late one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor whose death was presented at the General Court Baron held in and for this Manor on the thirtieth day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty six by her Will dated the first day of January one thousand eight hundred and eighty one (the Probate whereof is now produced in Court) devised all those her copyhold cottages with the garden ground and hereditaments thereto respectively belonging situate in the parish of Bisley aforesaid and then in the several occupations of herself Alfred Cheeseman and _______ Viggins unto and to the use of her nephew Henry Hill (son of her sister Mary the wife of James Hill) his heirs and assigns subject nevertheless and she did thereby expressly charge the same copyhold hereditaments with the payment by the said Henry Hill of the sum of Fifty Pounds a piece to her nephew James Hill and her nieces Mary Catherine Hill and Sarah Hill (son and daughters of her said sister Mary Hill) on their severally attaining the age of twenty one years with interest thereon from the time of the decease of the said Testatrix at the rate of Four Pounds per cent per annum

Admittance of Henry Hill
Now at this Court upon the third proclamation came here into Court in his own proper person  the said Henry Hill and humbly prayed to be admitted Tenant to All that customary messuage or tenement with the appurtenances (now in two tenements) together with the edifices buildings gardens orchard and curtilage to the said messuage or tenement belonging (except about forty rods parcel of the said garden sold to John Daborn) situate lying and being in Bisley Green in the parish of Bisley aforesaid abutting on the said Green on the south north and east parts heretofore in the occupation of George Slyfield late of ________ Ford and then of Thomas Eacott now or late in the occupation of Henry Edwards and ____________  which came into the hands of the Lord of the Manor aforesaid by his Steward aforesaid granted the same and delivered seizin thereof by the rod To hold to the said Henry Hill his heirs and assigns subject as in the said Will of the said Sarah Ann Robinson deceased is expressed by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor by the yearly rent of fourpence Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs therefore formerly due and of right accustomed and so he was admitted tenant thereof in form aforesaid. Gave to the Lord as a fine for such his admittance as appears in the margin [£20] and his fealty was respited

2nd Proclamation on death of William Chandler
At this Court the second proclamation was made for the heir at law of William Chandler deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All that customary or copyhold parcel of land with the appurtenances lying in four severals containing by estimation seven acres more or less in Bisley aforesaid which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.
2nd Proclamation on death of same
Also at this Court the second proclamation was made for the heir at law of the said William Chandler deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All that one messuage or tenement called Goddins with a barn and all other the buildings curtilages gardens and Orchards thereto belonging and three pieces of land with the appurtenances thereto adjoining whereof one is called Mead Close containing by estimation three acres with the appurtenances lying in Bisley within this Manor which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.
2nd Proclamation on death of same
Also at this Court the second proclamation was made for the heir at law of the said William Chandler deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All those two closes of Arable land containing by estimation three acres with the appurtenances in Bisley which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.
2nd Proclamation on death of same
Also at this Court the second proclamation was made for the heir at law of the said William Chandler deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All that one undivided moiety or equal half part the whole into two equal parts to be divided of him the said William Chandler of and in All that piece or parcel of land known by the name of Westwood Field and containing by estimation four acres And also of and in all that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Westwood Mead and containing by estimation two acres And also of and in all that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Neltro Common Field (in two pieces) and containing by estimation two acres And also of and in All that piece or parcel of land called or known by the name of Butts Field and containing by estimation two acres and within and held of the said Manor which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.

Also at this Court the second proclamation was made for the heir at law of the said William Chandler deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All that other undivided moiety or equal half part the whole into two equal parts to be divided of him the said William Chandler of and in all those the said pieces or parcels of land called or known by the names of Westwood Field Westwood Mead Neltro Common Field and Butts Field which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.
2nd Proclamation on death of same
Also at this Court the second proclamation was made for the heir at law of the said William Chandler deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All that piece or parcel of land or ground containing one acre two roods and twenty nine perches or thereabouts situate and being in Neltro Common Field within the said Manor bounded on the North by old inclosed lands belonging in part to the said William Chandler and in part to __________ and also by the allotment numbered nine on the inclosure plan and the allotment next hereinafter described and numbered five on the same plan on the east by a road leading from Guildford to Bisley on the south by the allotment awarded to William Eacott and numbered ten and eleven on the same plan and on the west by the allotment awarded to William Chandler deceased and numbered eight on the same plan which said piece of land is numbered four on the said plan And also all that the said piece or parcel of land formerly the property of the said William Chandler deceased containing Twenty one perches bounded on the north by land of the said William Chandler and on the south and east and west by the said allotment numbered four on the said inclosure plan which allotment lastly hereinbefore described is numbered five on the said plan which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said William Chandler to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.

Death of Harriet Waterer
The Homage present that Harriet Waterer late one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor who held to her and her assigns for and during the term of natural life by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the custom of the said Manor All that piece or parcel of arable land containing by admeasurement four acres and three roods be the same more or less lying in the parish and Manor of Bisley in the County of Surrey abutting on the highway leading from Guildford to Bagshot on the east and on the freehold land formerly sold by John Knowles and James Stedman to John Deacon on the north and which said piece or parcel of arable land is part and parcel of premises formerly described on the Court Rolls of the said Manor as “All those copyhold lands arable and meadow and pasture with the appurtenances containing by estimation nineteen acres more or less in the parish of Bisley” and now known by the name of the Hen and Chickens Field by the yearly rent of One shilling Heriot when it shall happen suit of Court and other services and customs died since the last Court so thereof seized Whereupon a Heriot of the best beast became due to Lord of this Manor but none was seized because the said Harriet Waterer had no live beast at the time of her death

Now at this Court the first proclamation was made for the heir at law of the said Harriet Waterer deceased or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to All that the said piece or parcel of arable land containing by admeasurement four acres and three roods be the same more or less lying in the parish and Manor of Bisley in the County of Surrey abutting on the highway leading from Guildford to Bagshot on the east and on the freehold land formerly sold by John Knowles and James Stedman to John Deacon on the north and which said piece or parcel of arable land is part and parcel of premises formerly described on the Court Rolls of the said Manor as “All those copyhold lands arable and meadow and pasture with the appurtenances containing by estimation nineteen acres more or less in the parish of Bisley” and now known by the name of the Hen and Chickens Field Which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said Harriet Waterer to come into Court and take the same out of the hands of the Lord of this Manor but no one came Whereupon the second proclamation and default are here inrolled.

Enfranchisement Charles Pulman
The Homage also present that the Copyhold or Customary hereditaments to which Charles Pulman was admitted tenant at a General Court Baron holden in and for this Manor on the twenty second day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven have been lately enfranchised and are now held freely of this Manor subject to an annual rentcharge of Three pounds four shillings.
Enfranchisement Charles George Pain
The Homage also present that the Copyhold or Customary hereditaments to which Charles George Pain was admitted tenant at a Special Court Baron held for this Manor on the twenty eighth day of October one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven have been lately enfranchised and are now held freely of this Manor.

Consent of the Homage to filling up Pond
The Consent of the Homage is given to M.r Charles George Pain filling up the small Pond adjoining his premises.
