A Special Court Baron of The Right Honorable George Lord Onslow and Cranley Lord of the said Manor there held for the said Manor on Friday the twenty fifth day of January in the thirty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety three Before Thomas Sibthorpe the younger Gentleman Deputy Steward of the said Manor.

The Homage present That Robert Goodener late one of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor who held to him and his Heirs by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor  All that parcel of Customary Arable Land with the appurtenances called Lomepitts lying in three severals containing in the whole by Estimation nine Acres and late in the Occupation of the said Robert Goodener abutting upon the Lands of William Goodener on the South and on the Lands of Solomon Dayrolle on the East together with all the Rights members and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining And also all that his three Acres of Land whereon a Messuage hath been Erected with the appurtenances formerly parcel of the Waste of the said Manor lying at Hassell Hall between Cowshott and Staverk Lane in Bisley within the said Manor and late in the Tenure of the said Robert Goodener his Undertenants or assigns Subject to certain Conditional Surrenders made by the said Robert Goodener for securing unto Thomas Attfield of Guildford in the said County of Surrey Blacksmith the sum of One hundred and ten pounds and Interest and for securing unto Henry Smith of Pirbright in the said County of Surrey Husbandman the sum of Forty eight pounds and Interest Died seized of the said two several Estates leaving two Daughters namely Ann who hath intermarried with Thomas Bunces and Mary who hath intermarried with John Sales him surviving Whereupon the same premises descended to and became vested in the said Ann Bunces and Mary Sales as the coheirs at Law of the said Robert Goodener in equal Moieties  Whereupon at this Court came into Court in her proper person the said Ann Bunces and humbly prayed to be admitted to One Moiety or half part of and in All that parcel of Customary Arable Land with the appurtenances called Lomepitts lying in three severals containing in the whole by Estimation nine Acres and late in the Occupation of the said Robert Goodener which came into the Hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said Robert Goodener  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to her the said Ann Bunces her Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And the said Thomas Bunces her Husband gave to the Lord as a Fine for such her Admittance as appears afterwards She is Admitted Tenant thereof Subject as aforesaid hath Seizin by the Rod and her Fealty is respited.
Also at this Court came again into Court in her proper person the said Ann Bunces and humbly prayed to be admitted to One Moiety or half part of and in All those three Acres of Land whereon a Messuage hath been Erected with the appurtenances formerly parcel of the Waste of the said Manor lying at Hassell Hall between Cowshott and Staverk Lane in Bisley within the said Manor and late in the Tenure of the said Robert Goodener his Undertenants or assigns which also came into the Hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said Robert Goodener  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to her the said Ann Bunces her Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And the said Thomas Bunces her Husband gave to the Lord as a Fine for this and her former Admittance as appears in the Margin [-] She is Admitted Tenant thereof Subject as aforesaid hath Seizin by the Rod and her Fealty is respited.
Also at this Court came into Court in her proper person Mary Sales and humbly prayed to be admitted to One Moiety or half part of and in All that parcel of Customary Arable Land with the appurtenances called Loompitts lying in three severals containing in the whole by Estimation nine Acres and late in the Occupation of the said Robert Goodener which came into the Hands of the Lord of this Manor on the death of the said Robert Goodener  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to her the said Mary Sales her Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And the said John Sales her Husband gave to the Lord as a Fine for such her Admittance as appears afterwards She is Admitted Tenant thereof Subject as aforesaid hath Seizin by the Rod and her Fealty is respited.

And immediately after such the admission of the said Ann Bunces (she the said Ann Bunces being first solely and separately examined apart from her Husband by the said Deputy Steward and consenting thereto) They the said Thomas Bunces and Ann his Wife did Surrender by the Rod into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor  All that One Moiety or half part of and in All that parcel of Customary Arable Land with the appurtenances called Lomepitts lying in three severals containing in the whole by Estimation nine Acres and late in the Occupation of the said Robert Goodener abutting upon the Lands of William Goodener on the South and on the Lands of Solomon Dayrolle on the East together with all the Rights members and appurts to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining And all of their and each of their Estate Right Title and Interest therein and thereto To the only proper Use and Behoof of Joseph Stringfield of the parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Whereupon at this Court came into Court in his proper person the said Joseph Stringfield and humbly prayed to be admitted to One undivided Moiety or half part of and in All that parcel of Customary Arable Land with the appurtenances called Lomepitts lying in three severals containing in the whole by Estimation nine Acres and late in the Occupation of the said Robert Goodener abutting upon the Lands of William Goodener on the South and on the Lands of Solomon Dayrolle on the East which came into the hands of the Lord of this Manor on the Surrender of Thomas Bunces and Ann his Wife To whom the Lord of this Manor by his said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said Joseph Stringfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And the said John Sales her Husband gave to the Lord as a Fine for this and her former Admittance as appears afterwards He is Admitted Tenant thereof Subject as aforesaid hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.

And immediately after such the admission of him the said Joseph Stringfield he being present in Court in his proper person Surrendered by the Rod into the hands of the Lord of this Manor by the acceptance of the said Deputy Steward All and every his Copyhold or Customary Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with the appurtenances within and holden of this Manor To the Use and Behoof of such person or persons and for such Estate and Estates and under and subject to such Provisoes Powers and Limitations as he the said Joseph Stringfield in and by his last will and Testament in writing hath already given and devised or shall hereafter give devise limit or appoint the same and to or for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever.
