Be it remembered that on the first day of February in the thirty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c And in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety one William Searle One of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor Hath Surrendered and by these presents Doth Surrender by the Rod into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the acceptance of Thomas Sibthorpe Gentleman  Steward of the said Manor according to the custom of the said Manor all that his one undivided third part or Share of and in the Reversion and Remainder expected on the death of Mary Searle his Mother of and in all that Customary Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances called or known by the name of Collyers with the Edifices Buildings Barn Stable Garden Orchard and All and singular the customary Arable Meadow and Pasture Lands to the same Messuage belonging and appertaining situate lying and being within the parish of Bisley within this Manor To the only proper Use and Behoof of James Trigg of Wokeing in the said County of Surrey Yeoman his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Provided always nevertheless That if the said William Searle his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said James Trigg his Executors Administrators or Assigns the full and just Sum of Fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain together with lawful Interest for the same over and above the Sum of Fifty pounds occurred by  a former Surrender of the said premises upon the first day of August next ensuing the date hereof without any deduction or abatement whatsoever thereout to be made or taken  Then this Surrender to be void and of none Effect or else to remain in full force and Virtue.
