Be it remembered That on the Twenty first day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety John Collyer of Knaphill in the parish of Horsel in the said County of Surrey One of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor Hath Surrendered and by these presents Doth Surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor all the Right Title Benefit and Equity of Redemption Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Collyer of in and to all that Messuage in Bisley Green with the Edifices Gardens Orchard and parcel of Land to the same adjoining containing by Estimation half an acre be the same more or less To the only proper Use and Behoof of William Eacott of Hill Place in the parish of Horsel aforesaid Yeoman his Heirs and Assigns forever Provided always and this Surrender is upon this condition nevertheless That if the said John Collyer his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Eacott his Executors Administrators or Assigns the full Sum of Thirteen pounds of lawful money of Great Britain together with Interest for the same after the rate of Five pounds for one hundred pounds for a year on the twenty first day of June next ensuing the date hereof as well as the principal Sum of Eighteen pounds advanced by the said William Eacott to the said John Collyer and now remaining due on a former Surrender of the said premises bearing date the twenty third day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty nine made by the said John Collyer To the only Use and Behoof of the said William Eacott his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the Interest due and which shall accrue due for the same without any deduction or abatement to be made thereout respectively for or on Account of Taxes or for or on any other Account whatsoever Then this Surrender to be void or else to be and remain in full force and Virtue.
