A Special Court Baron of The Right Honourable Richard Lord Onslow Lord of the said Manor held for the said Manor held for the said Manor on Wednesday the Twenty ninth day of August in the Tenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c And in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & Seventy Before John Chandler Gent. At this Court Came into Court in his proper person William Goreing of Horsel in the County of Surrey Yeoman Youngest Son of Jane Goreing Widow and humbly Prayed of the Lord to be admitted to All those two Closes of Arable Land called the Bisley Fields and Float Fields Containing by Estimation together Ten Acres more or less situate lying and being in Bisley aforesaid within this Manor with all and every the Appurts Which came into the Hands of the Lord of this Manor on the Surrender of the said Jane Goreing and which was Presented at a General Court Baron holden for this Manor on Tuesday the Twelfth Day of December one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty nine To whom the Lord of the said Manor by his said Steward Granted the same To hold to the said William Goreing his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of this Manor by the Yearly Rent of one Shilling Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of Right accustomed and he gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his admittance as appears in the margin [£5.5s] he is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and did Fealty to the Lord.

At this Court the Lord of the said Manor by his said Steward Did Grant Licence to the said William Goreing to Demise and Let to Henry Collyer of Chobham in the said County Farmer All and singular the said Copyhold Premisses for the Term of Twenty one Years from the Twenty Ninth Day of September One thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Saving nevertheless and Reserving to the said Lord his Heirs and Successors all Fines Quit Rents Services and other Duties when and as often as they shall grow due and all Ordinary and usual Remedies for the same by Seizure Distress and Otherwise in as large and ample Manner to all Intents and Purposes as if this Licence had not been Granted.
