Of the Court Baron.
At this Court upon the second Proclamation came into Court in her proper person Sarah Stimson the Wife of James Stimson and humbly prayed to be Admitted to All that parcel of Land by Estimation Five acres heretofore inclosed out of the common Field called Neltro abutting on Land then of John Goring on the South and on Lands then of Henry Millist on the North with the Appurtenances in Bisley within this Manor which came into the hands of the Lord of this manor on the death of Elizabeth Evered Widow To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to her the said Sarah Stimson her Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of ______ Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And the said James Stimson gave to the Lord as a Fine for such the Admittance of the said Sarah his said Wife as appears in the Margin [-] She is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and her Fealty is respited.
And immediately after such the admittance of the said Sarah the Wife of the said James Stimson They the said James Stimson and Sarah his Wife being present in Court in their proper persons Surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Rod and by the Acceptance of the said Deputy Steward according to the Custom of the said [Manor] All the Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments of her the said Sarah Stimson within and holden of  the said Manor To the Use and Behoof of such person or persons to such uses Intents and purposes as in and by her last will and Testament in Writing she the said Sarah Stimson already hath given devised limited or appointed or shall give devise limit or appoint the same

Also at this Court the second proclamation is made  If the said William Eacott or any other person or persons who hath or have a right to be admitted to One parcel of Land containing by Estimation two Acres abutting on the parsonage Mead on the East And also One other parcel of Land containing by Estimation One quarter of an Acre lying within this Manor which came into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor on the death of John Eacott would come into Court and take the same out of the Lords hands he she or they should be heard But nobody came whereupon the second Proclamation and default are here inrolled.

Also at this Court upon the second proclamation came into Court in his proper person William Piercy the Eldest Son and Heir at Law of Ann late the Wife of William Piercy formerly Ann Collyer Spinster and humbly prayed to be Admitted to All that parcel of Copyhold Land called Wheat Leaz with the Appurts containing by Estimation ten Acres be the same more or less situate lying and being in the said parish and Manor of Bisley held by the yearly Rent of One Shilling Heriot when it happens Suit of Court and other Services and customs which also came into the hands of the Lord of this manor on the death of the said Ann Piercy his Mother To whom the Lord  of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said William Piercy the Son his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of One Shilling Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance as appears afterwards  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.
Also at this Court upon the second proclamation came again into Court in his proper person the said William Piercy the Eldest Son and Heir at Law of Ann late the Wife of William Piercy formerly Ann Collyer Spinster and humbly prayed to be Admitted to All that one close of Land containing by Estimation Two Acres be the same more or less called or known by the name of Loompitts Close or Burkkiln Close situate lying and being in the said parish and Manor of Bisley held by the yearly Rent of two pence Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Services which came into the hands of the Lord of this manor on the death of the said Ann Piercy his Mother To whom the Lord  of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said William Piercy the Son his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of One Shilling Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he gave to the Lord as a Fine for this and his former Admittance as appears in the Margin [-]  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.
And because it appears to this Court that the said William Piercy is under the age of twenty one years viz.t of the age of fifteen years or thereabouts the custody as well of the person of the said William Piercy as of the Estate of the said William Piercy is granted to Richard Fladgate of Chobham in the County of Surrey yeoman until the said William Piercy shall attain the said age of twenty one years He the said Richard Fladgate keeping and observing the customs of the said Manor in all things and keeping the said premises in good repair and rendering an account thereof to the said Infant when he shall attain the age of twenty one years and the said Richard Fladgate is admitted Guardian accordingly.

The Homage present a certain Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the fourteenth day of August One thousand seven hundred and Eighty nine whereby Edward Jenkins One of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor Did Surrender into the hands of the Lord of this Manor by the Rod and by the Acceptance of the said Deputy Steward according to the Custom of the said Manor All that Customary Messuage or Tenement One Garden One Barn and One Stable with the Appurtenances in Bisley Green within the said Manor and three quarters of an Acre of Land there and four Acres of Land with the Appurtenances lying in the Common Field called Widecroft heretofore the Messuage and Lands of John Cobbett and Elizabeth his Wife And also one other Acre of Land with the Appurtenances lying in the Common Field aforesaid And one Acre of Land with the Appurtenances lying in the Common Field called Burcroft And one Acre of Meadow lying in the Common Mead called Westburn Mead with their and every of their Appurtenances some time Roger Cobbetts and since the Estate of William Hewitt and formerly in the Tenure of Absalom Knight And also all that Cottage with a Garden Yard and Appurtenances situate lying and being in Bisley aforesaid formerly in the occupation of Henry Pritchett  To the only proper Use and Behoof of John Gaskoin of Bagshot in the County of Surrey yeoman his Heirs and Assigns for ever And To or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Whereupon at this Court upon the first proclamation came into Court in his proper person the said John Gaskoin and humbly prayed to be Admitted to the said premises in pursuance of the said Surrender  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said John Gaskoin his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of _______  Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he Gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance as appears in the Margin [-]  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.

The Homage also present a certain other Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the twenty ninth day of February One thousand seven hundred and Ninety whereby Anthony Beauchamp One of the Copyhold or Customary Tenants of this Manor Surrendered into the hands of the Lord of this Manor by the Rod and by the Acceptance of the said Deputy Steward according to the Custom of the said Manor All those Copyhold Lands Arable Meadow and pasture with the Appurtenances containing by Estimation Nineteen Acres more or less lying and being in the said parish of Bisley to which the said Anthony Beauchamp was admitted at a View of Frankpledge with a General Court Baron held for the said Manor on the third day of May One thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven And all his Estate Right Title and Interest therein and thereto To the only proper Use and Behoof of James Nesmith of Chobham in the said County of Surrey Farmer his Heirs and Assigns for ever And to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Whereupon at this Court came into Court in his proper person the said James Nesmith and humbly prayed to be Admitted to the said premises in pursuance of the said Surrender  To whom the Lord of this Manor by the said Deputy Steward Granted the same To hold to him the said James Nesmith his Heirs and Assigns for ever by Copy of Court Roll at the will of the Lord according to the Custom of the said Manor by the yearly Rent of _______  Heriot when it shall happen Suit of Court and other Customs and Services therefore formerly due and of right accustomed And he Gave to the Lord as a Fine for such his Admittance as appears in the Margin [-]  He is admitted Tenant thereof hath Seizin by the Rod and his Fealty is respited.

The Homage also present a certain Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the twenty fourth day of April One thousand seven hundred and Ninety whereby Sarah Daborn One of the Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor Did Surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor  by the Acceptance of John Loveland and Philip Gyles two other Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor All that her Copyhold Messuage or Tenement Garden Lands and Premises called or known by any name or names whatsoever the same may be called lying and being in the said Manor of Bisley To the only Use and Behoof of such Person or Persons and upon such conditions as she the said Sarah Daborn shall in and by her last will and Testament direct limit or appoint the same

The Homage also present a certain Surrender taken out of Court and since the last Court to wit on the third day of March One thousand seven hundred and Ninety whereby John Hill One of the Customary or Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor of Bisley did Surrender into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the Rod and by the Acceptance of Philip Gyles and William Stovell two other Customary or Copyhold Tenants of the said Manor All that his Customary or Copyhold Estate or Estates Messuage Farm Lands and Premises situate lying and being in the parish of Bisley and the said Manor of Bisley and then in his own occupation with their and every of their Appurtenances and held of the said Manor To the Use and Behoof of such Person or Persons or to such Use or Uses Intents and Purposes by his last will and Testament in writing he has devised given limited and appointed or should give limit or appoint the same
