Now of the Court Baron
They present that Elizabeth the Wife of Moses Evered died since the last Court seized of about four Acres of Copyhold Land and that Moses her Son is next Heir and thereto happened a Fine to the Lord.
Also they present all Defaulters that have not appeared at this Court in four pence each  Affeer.d by William Collyer & Humphrey Field

At this Court proclamation was made for the Heir of Elizabeth the Wife of Moses Evered to come into Court and  be admitted to the Copyhold Land whereof the said Elizabeth died seized but no one came.
